Maintenance Host

Valley of the Rogue State Park

Needed From January 1, 2021
Needed To March 31, 2021

The Rogue Management Unit (MU) is looking for a host couple to assist us at our MU Office.  Located between the small river towns of Gold Hill and Rogue River, the MU Office is several miles from Valley of the Rogue State Park nestled into a wooded hillside.  Grants Pass and Medford are just a short hop on the I-5 and offer many amenities.

The office offers neither camping or day-use visitors giving the host the best of both worlds; high energy days working with others, coupled with quiet undisturbed nights in the countryside.

The ideal candidates for this unique opportunity will have split duties.  One will be working with our wonderful Office Specialist Shelley helping her with administrative work organizing, filing, and other various tasks.  The other  will perform light landscaping with mowing, weed whacking, and leaf blowing as well as help organize and clean the maintenance yard and buildings.

This is a new opportunity and the host site is still in development.  We have not started scheduling this location yet, but if you are interested in this opportunity and would like to be considered when it opens, please give me a call or email! Thank you!!
