The campground has a swimming area with a swim platform and boat ramp.  A reservable RV group camp, Fisherman's Point, is just down the road from Cascara Campground.

There are five other day-use sites around the lake. North Shore and Winberry State Recreation Sites offer developed boat launches and other facilities.
