Campsite, rustic or deluxe yurt, rustic or deluxe cabin, horse camp or boat moorage: If you cancel within 3 calendar days of your arrival date, OPRD retains your reservation fee, transaction fee (if any) and first night’s use fee.

Day-use/picnic shelters, group camps, youth camps: If you cancel within 30 days of your exact arrival date, OPRD will retain your reservation fee, transaction fee (if any) and first night/day use fee.

If you do not call or show up for your reservation by 1 p.m. on the day following your arrival date, your reservation will be canceled and the remaining nights, if any, will be refunded. The first nights use fee and non-refundable reservation fee will be retained.

We will contact reservation customers by phone and/or email when park reservable facilities and campgrounds are closed due to fire danger or other hazards. Your reservations will be canceled and all fees will be refunded. For all other cancellations, the usual cancellation policies apply. To request a refund beyond what policy allows, please email park.info@oprd.oregon.gov.

If you paid by Visa, MasterCard or American Express, your card will be credited. If you paid by check or money order (not available for advance reservations), we will send you a check from the state of Oregon. If you paid by gift certificate, we will send you a new gift certificate for the refund amount. Please be aware that only the person whose name is on the reservation may change or cancel the reservation.

Refund amounts vary based on how long you’ve held the reservation and how close it is to your arrival date when you cancel.

There are no refunds for cancellations on or after 12:00 a.m. on the day of arrival.
