  • There is an $8 non-refundable transaction fee for any change made to a reservation in advance of the arrival date.
  • Changes can be made online or by calling the Oregon State Parks reservation center at 800-452-5687 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Time).
  • If you are shortening your stay, the refund amount will follow the cancellation policy.
  • Date changes to any reservation cannot be made until 5 months in advance of the arrival date.
  • Please be aware that only the person whose name is on the reservation has access to change the reservation.

Reservations for 6 or more nights

  • Changes in departure date: You will be issued a refund for the nightly rate of each night dropped following the cancellation policy. There is an $8 transaction fee when you make a change.
  • Changes in arrival date: No refunds will be issued for changes in arrival date, and you will be charged an $8 transaction fee.

This rule is in place to deter people from reserving more nights than they are planning to stay, which limits the available inventory for others.
