What’s In a Name?
We use the terms “rustic” and “deluxe” to distinguish between simpler units (rustic) and larger, more elaborate units (deluxe). Probably the most important difference is that in all cases, “deluxe” units have kitchen facilities, a bathroom/shower. Because exact features and dimensions vary somewhat from park to park, please call 1-800-551-6949 for more information. Or, take a look at our yurts, cabins and tepees brochure.
Deluxe Cabins: All the above and more—kitchen, bathroom, showers. Jasper Point (at Prineville Reservoir has one 10' by 20', pet friendly deluxe cabin without a shower. Maximum occupancy three.)
Deluxe Yurts: All this and more—sleeps seven, kitchen, bathroom, showers
Exact layouts and features may vary slightly by park.
Things to Know
No pets, except in designated units.
Some campgrounds have pet friendly” cabins or yurts. “Pets” are defined as dogs or cats, and are limited to two per unit. To help us keep these “pet friendly” units open, OPRD charges $10 per night nonrefundable (the $10 fee is refundable when you don't bring a pet.) to help us cover extra cleaning and wear-and-tear type costs.
Online reservations are available. To book your stay, go to Find a Park and search on Yurts-Cabins, Pets OK under Facilities. Select the park and then select the reservation link. Or, call 1-800-452-5687, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
ADA yurts and cabins are open to the general public for reservations. If possible, please try to reserve a non-ADA yurt or cabin, leaving the ADA facilities for campers who need them.
