Have you ever wondered what kind of plants thrive and survive in our local area? Join a Park Ranger for a morning of plant trait education and species indentification! Meet at the Campground Interpretive Shelter at 11am to explore the different identification tools anyone can use to help discover what kind of plants they encounter in the world. After a short program at the Interpretive Shelter, the Park Ranger will lead a small guided walk around the Campground trails to explore and practice plant identification!
Programs are welcome to all ages, and are free to attend. We hope to see you there!
