Explore the hidden world found just off our rocky shoreline by joining us for a ranger-led tidepool walk. We will cover the different zones found in tidepools, speak about special adaptations these amazing creatures use to live in such a harsh and dynamic environment and provide you with tips and tricks so you can best explore and navigate these special and unique ecosystems. Walking through the tidepools means sometimes traversing slippery seaweed covered rocks, expect mostly uneven surfaces and plan to get wet. Wear sturdy shoes (no flip flops please) and bring sun protection.
Meet at the North end of Sunset Bay, near the boat ramp. Look for program sandwich boards with directional arrows.
