Are you looking for an opportunity volunteering with Oregon State Parks in the beautiful pine forests atop the Blue Mountains of Eastern Oregon? Come join us at Emigrant Springs State Heritage Area in Meacham, Oregon as a campground host. You will be interacting with campers and staff to provide excellent customer service and help maintain this fascinating park, located along the historic Oregon Trail.

Typical days involve cleaning tent/RV sites and cabins during the day, then relaxing at your host site and selling firewood until approximately 7-8 pm. In between tasks will include patrolling the grounds for litter and assisting park staff with basic tasks such as keeping bathrooms stocked and light landscaping duties. We provide golf carts for getting around the park easily and all the tools you could want. We just need your smiling faces to help make our campground feel like home to our guests!
