If you're interested in staying in the warmth of an oasis in the desert along the Columbia River, than Hat Rock State Park is the place for you. This Day-Use park has a beautiful Host Site for your rig overlooking the pond that feeds into the Columbia, allowing for spectacular bird-watching and boating opportunities. Typical days include interacting with visitors to provide excellent costumer service, and helping park staff with light landscaping and maintenance tasks such as mowing, triming, irrigation, and keeping bathrooms stocked.
