Experience life on an 1860’s Oregon farm AND at the home of early Oregon statesman, Robert Newell. Next door neighbors, Newell Pioneer Village and Champoeg State Heritage Area are teaming up! Activities include: apple bobbing, candle dipping, wool spinning, blacksmith, tinsmith, tea smith, quilting, live musice, barn dance, childrens games, tours of a heritage garden, wheat threshing barn and educational exhibits. The event is free with a $5 parking permit, camping permit, or annual pass.
